great location, phuket airport was 19 miles away. i slept so comfy in the good bed. shopping centers and a supermarket, everything you need is so close to the hotel. i would be happy to recommend this property to family and friends coming to phuket.

Nice beds for a good sleep. A brilliant place for exploring Phuket. We loved staying at rattana mansion...

No elevator. At aged 81 it was an effort to climb stairs. Would probably stay at Rome Place next time, as I stayed there previously. Same rate but a superior hotel overall. I would recommend Rome Plae over Rattana Mansion to others.

Rattana Mansion Location :- Just 1 minit walk - Robinson & Ocean shopping centre. Just 5 minits walk - Breakfast (pork porriage) & dinner (seafood) at Principal market. Just 10 minits walk to Ranong bus station to beach area (Patong, Rawai, Surin, Kata, Karon..) Services :- Guidance from the Hotel Staff name as Joy, once i booked the hotel through Booked.net. She will follow up by email. And both of us start to communicate, she continued to fulfil my request. She recommend where is the interested place to tour, nice food, best place for shopping & good massage beside the hotel(booking in advance). Hotel staff help to arrange teksi to airport, but sometimes is a bit challenge when we communicate with the staff. There are so sincere, their try their best to help us. Hot drinking water is given by free from the cafe. The ground floor of the hotel is quite smelly but the room is clean, peace & silent. Shopping place within walking distance :- Robinson & Ocean shopping centre Principal Market Expo Market We are very happy to stay at this hotel and i have make a right choice to choose Rattana Mansion, Phuket town.

Was not my best choice for Phuket Town

Nothing. My toilet didn't even have a toilet seat. Was meant to stay three nights but ended up moving out first thing. Location is good if you want town. At night there was not many people on the streets and was difficult to find restyaranta and bars.

The layout feels like your in a hospital

Quite scruffy rooms, our view was the wall of the building next door, personnel did not speak much English. Would only recommend the place as a budget way of staying in Phuket town.

The room is ok, thought the bathroom is not so satisfying. Luckily the girls at the receiption are helpful for the service.

The big problem is the aircon makes too much loud noise.

It was cheap!

It smelled very foul - like sewage or toilet back-up or something nasty in the lobby the entire time we were there. Pu!

There are few price reasonable shops like clothes, sourvenir, bags just near to the hotel, and opposite of the hotel also got breakfast[vegetarian & dim sum] at the early morning.

The air-conditioner not function very well, it was taking quite a long time to cool down the air in room.

Great location. Near good food and good shops.

The hotel could be updated, but for the money its great.

The hot shower, the nice bed.

That there is no laundry service. And that breakfast only starts at 7:30

I spent only one night at Rattana Mansion. The night I spent was comfortable. Good value for money. The place was in the heart of the business center with all conveniences close by.

The constant drone of the outdoor units of the air conditioners located on the terrace of the building right next to our window.

Nothing stuck out. It was average. Clean bed, warm (not hot) water in the shower, A/C worked, Wifi was steady. I was satisfied for what I paid & it met my need.

Room felt dirty/old/gloomy, like when you walk into an 80's decorated room. Apparently staff wants you to leave your room key with them when you go out. I didn't do this & staff didn't say anything.

PC's with Internet for free. Goog to stay one night and catch the boat in the next day. Good room. Exelent value for money!

The staff was unpleasant... Cochroaches in the lobby as in the intire city.
